As we enter 2025, we’re proud to celebrate a major milestone at Compuquip—our 45th year in business. Reaching this point reflects our resilience and ability to adapt to the ever-changing technology landscape. Over the years, we’ve seen significant shifts in the industry, and time and again, we’ve evolved to meet new challenges and opportunities. This ability to adapt has been, and continues to be, a cornerstone of our success.

Today, we’re excited to share that we are entering a new chapter of growth at Compuquip. As part of this evolution, we are sharpening our focus on what truly matters and aligning every aspect of our business with our purpose:

To realize this purpose and ensure we’re building a strong foundation for the next decade, we’ve set a bold 10-year target. 

Investments for the Future

Here are some of the exciting steps we’re taking to position Compuquip for continued success:

Strengthened Leadership: We’ve welcomed exceptional leaders to our team to help drive this next phase of growth. This includes a new CFO with experience in rapidly scaling businesses, a new COO with expertise in growing services teams, and a new VP of Sales who is building a larger, world-class sales team.

Introducing CTDS (Compuquip Threat Defense System): Our new CTDS offering allows us to provide a complete, cohesive cybersecurity solution for our customers. This eliminates the need for them to manage multiple point solutions, simplifying their cybersecurity operations while enhancing protection.

Launching CQ Glass: We’re excited to announce CQ Glass, our first in-house built product. This single pane of glass provides full visibility into everything we manage for our customers’ cybersecurity needs, addressing a key frustration—lack of transparency.

Doubling Down on Managed Security Services: By focusing on our Managed Security Services, we can deliver consistently high-quality solutions while continuing to invest in our team and technology. This approach ensures long-term value and reliability for our customers.

Investing in Automation and AI: These tools are enabling us to be more efficient internally, so we can provide greater value to our customers. They are also opening the door to developing innovative new solutions.

Shifting from Transactions to Partnerships: We’re moving away from transactional partnerships with both customers and vendors. Instead, we’re focused on building deeper partnerships that create long-term value. The days of simply providing a one time service or selling a single product are behind us. Our goal is to be a true partner, working alongside our customers and vendors to ensure better alignment and deliver on the right expected outcomes.

This is an exciting time for Compuquip. We’re growing, evolving, and investing in ways that will help us continue to adapt to the challenges and opportunities ahead. With open positions on our team and new offerings for our customers, there are plenty of opportunities to join us on this journey.
