It seems like only yesterday that Ricardo Panez joined the Compuquip team as our Director of Sales. In the short time that he has been with us, Ricardo has distinguished himself as a leader in the company—directing the sales team’s efforts, optimizing sales strategies, and working to keep customers delighted.
So, we’re proud to announce that Ricardo Panez is being promoted from Director of Sales to Chief Revenue Officer!
Growing Relationships with Customers
All throughout Mr. Panez’s time as Compuquip’s Director of Sales, the company has seen consistent growth. Under his guidance, Compuquip’s sales team has grown, adding new people and roles.
Mr. Panez’s leadership has been critical to the growth of the sales team and of our relationships with our customers. He has consistently provided great insight into both cybersecurity issues and solutions for our customers—thanks in part to his years of experience with security technology companies such as Check Point Software (one of Compuquip’s strategic vendors). Through these insights, he has helped our customers protect their sensitive systems and data more effectively and efficiently.
So, when the leadership team here at Compuquip approached Ricardo about stepping up and taking on even more responsibility, we were excited when he accepted.
What Does Mr. Panez’s Promotion Mean for Compuquip’s Customers?
One key initiative that Ricardo will oversee in the coming months is the incorporation of an in-house marketing team to help provide more value to our customers. This marketing team will create more real-time and pertinent content for Compuquip, help foster stronger relationships with our customers, and increase our presence in the market.
As a Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Panez will also work to deepen our relationships with our vendors so we can deliver more high-quality cybersecurity options to our customers. This, in turn, will help us find even more effective and budget-friendly network security solutions for our customers moving forward.
